Shop in the US from Outside the US
This site, ShopTheStates.com, allows non-US based customers to order through US-based e-tailers (that only ship within the US).
Basically your goods are forwarded to you. You sign up for a US address, then you order items to that address and have them shipped from there to your country. Here’s the process:
- Sign up for your US mailing address.
- Shop online.
- Your packages are deliveried to your US-based address. You then recieve an email from ShopTheStates.com with your best shipping options.
- You select the shipping option that best suits your budget, then next day your order is shipped directly to your home in your own country.
I really don’t know all that much about it… I just thought it was an interesting concept. According to Alexa its been online since 2003, so I guess its not new. Hmm…?
